College Day 2008 23.4.08

Hey hey.
SO, our class is going to do on Pineapple Fried Rice and Vegetarian Curry.
(in case you do not know)

and college day is on 3 May 2008 (Saturday)
from 5pm-7:45pm.

5.00-5.30pm: Opening of the Performing Arts Centre (LT5) -JC1s, reps from music& arts group
5.30-6.30pm: Awards Ceremony (Hall)-- Guests, JC2, Award winners
6.00-7.30pm: Food Fair(canteen area)
6.30-7.15pm: Reception for VIP (sanctuary)
7.15-7.45pm: Concert (Hall)

As decided by Mrs.Kong,
the usherers of the class are as followed:-

Meanwhile, the committee to help out in the preparation of food, which includes cooking, buying of ingredients and management of expenditures and other miscellaneous transport stuffs are as followed:-

• Hui Yi
• Hui Yong
• Wei Shuen
• Yan Wen
• Yi Peng

The 2 councilors will be stationed as substitutes in case they do not have any council duties on that day to help out the class. So far, huiyong and sheng kang will mostly likely be in charge of the cooking with the accompaniment of Huiteng( HA) and Yi Peng(Asst. Civic Rep). Meiling will be solely in charge of the collection of fund. The purchasing of food will be planned during the class meeting.

Please pay meiling S$5 on Friday for the total costs needed to fork out for the food.

Class Meeting: 25 April 2008
1.30pm at some empty classroom in TC block, will be notified. Everyone is HIGHLY encouraged to come, especially the treasurer, two civic reps, HA and CIP ambassador.
